  • Drop-In Visits

All services are subject to availability and approval.

Meet & Greet Requirement

2

For the safety and comfort of all pets and our staff, a meet-and-greet is required for all first-time clients before any service.

This allows us to:

  • Learn about your pet's personality and routine.

  • Assess pet behavior towards other pets and strangers.

  • Answer any questions before services begin.

We reserve the right to decline services if we believe the environment would not be a good fit for your pet.

Vaccination Requirements

3

To protect all pets in our care, dogs must be current on veterinarian-recommended vaccinations appropriate for their age and lifestyle.

Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are healthy and free from contagious illnesses before each visit.

We reserve the right to request vaccination records at any time.

Health Requirements

4

Owners agree that their pet:

  • Is in good general health.

  • Is free of contagious illnesses.

  • Is free of fleas, ticks, or other parasites.

  • Has not exhibited symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious conditions within the previous 48 hours.

If a pet becomes ill during their stay, we will contact the owner immediately to discuss appropriate care.

Behavior Requirements

5

For everyone's safety, pets must:

  • Be non-aggressive toward people and other animals.

  • Be reasonably social and manageable.

  • Not present a danger to themselves or others.

Duri Daycare reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a pet displays aggressive, destructive, or unsafe behavior.

Medication Administration

6

We are happy to administer most medications at no additional charge when clear written instructions are provided, AND pets are neither aggressive nor difficult to handle when administering medication.

Owners must provide:

  • Medication in its original container

  • Dosage instructions

  • Administration schedule

Owners must notify us if their pets engage in aggressive behavior and/or excessive movement during administration of medication, and will be charged an additional $15/per day/night/drop-in visit.

Emergency Veterinary Care

7

If your pet experiences a medical emergency and we are unable to reach you or your emergency contact promptly, you authorize Duri Daycare to seek veterinary care on your pet's behalf.

Whenever possible, we will use your preferred veterinarian. If unavailable, we will seek care from the nearest appropriate veterinary facility.

Owners are responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred during treatment.

Food & Supplies

8

Owners are encouraged to provide:

  • Food

  • Treats

  • Medications

  • Leash/harness

  • Favorite toy or blanket (optional)

If food runs out during the stay, we may purchase additional food to maintain your pet's normal diet. The cost will be added to your invoice.
